Pasteurizers (batch)

Common are batch pasteurizer for processing milk, yogurt and cheese

Almost in all cases 3-phase electricity is required (batch units of 200 – 1,000 liters).

For bigger units, steam is recommended for heating-up and an ice bank for cooling-down

Milk ATM (automated teller machine or milk dispenser)

ATMs can be a first step for dairy entrepreneurs and cooperatives into dairy processing and sales.

  1. Cooling down raw milk in a cooling tank to 4oCelcius
  2. Pasteurizing milk and cooling down the milk to 4oCelcius (can use a batch pasteurizer)
  3. Transport pasteurized and cooled milk in sealed milk cans to ATMS for distribution and sales
